Cookie Policy
How our websites use cookies, security technologies and similar browser-based mechanisms.
Version: 1.1 Effective date: 1 November 2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how HMH Vision s.r.o. uses cookies and similar technologies on the following websites:
- hmhv.com
- hmhvision.com
- synav360.com
- procserv.com
These websites are operated by HMH Vision s.r.o., registered in the Czech Republic under company identification number (IČO) 06239617.
This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of information that websites may store in your browser or device.
Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and other browser-based mechanisms used to support functionality, security or user preferences.
Some cookies expire when a browsing session ends. Others remain for a defined period.
Cookies may be placed by the website operator or by third-party technology providers.
3. Categories of Technologies
Strictly Necessary Technologies
These support essential website functions, security and the operation of requested services.
They may include technologies used to protect contact forms against automated submissions, maintain security and support reliable website operation.
Where these technologies meet the applicable legal requirements for strictly necessary storage or access, they do not require prior cookie consent.
Analytics Technologies
Analytics technologies may be used to understand website usage and improve performance.
Where analytics technologies require consent under applicable law, they will not be activated before the necessary consent has been obtained.
Marketing Technologies
Marketing technologies may be used for advertising, campaign measurement or personalised communications.
Where such technologies require consent, they will only be activated following valid consent.
The presence of these categories in this policy does not mean that all categories are currently used on every HMHV Group website.
4. Cloudflare Turnstile
Certain HMHV Group websites use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect contact forms from automated abuse.
Turnstile processes technical information necessary to assess whether a form interaction appears legitimate.
Depending on the implementation, this may involve browser signals and security-related storage mechanisms.
Turnstile verification results are checked by our server before an enquiry is accepted.
Further information about Cloudflare's processing is available through Cloudflare's published privacy and Turnstile documentation.
5. Website Hosting and Security
Our public websites use technical infrastructure that may include Vercel hosting, Cloudflare security services and other operational providers.
These services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, request metadata and security events, to operate and protect the websites.
Not every such processing activity involves a cookie being stored on the visitor's device.
6. Rate Limiting and Abuse Prevention
Certain contact forms use Upstash Redis to support server-side rate limiting.
Rate limiting helps restrict excessive automated requests and protect website availability.
The current implementation does not require Upstash to place a browser cookie directly on the visitor's device.
Related technical information may nevertheless be processed for security and abuse-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Vimeo Embedded Videos
Certain HMHV Group websites may display video content hosted by Vimeo.
Where our privacy-aware video player is implemented, the embedded Vimeo player is not activated automatically when the page loads.
Instead, visitors see a preview image and a Play button.
When a visitor chooses to play a video, the website loads the Vimeo player and establishes a connection with Vimeo's services.
This may involve the processing of technical information, including the visitor's IP address, browser and device information, and the use of cookies or similar storage technologies.
The player uses Vimeo's Do Not Track (dnt=1) parameter, which requests reduced tracking but does not eliminate all potential third-party processing.
Visitors can choose not to activate the player and continue using the website without loading the embedded Vimeo content.
Further information about Vimeo's privacy practices is available at Vimeo Privacy Policy.
7. Optional Analytics and Marketing Technologies
If we introduce optional analytics or marketing technologies, we will update the relevant website's cookie disclosures and implement any required consent mechanism before activating those technologies.
Visitors will be able to manage or withdraw consent where applicable.
8. Cookie and Technology Inventory
Each website will maintain an accurate record of the cookies and similar technologies it uses.
Where applicable, the inventory will identify:
- Technology or cookie name
- Provider
- Purpose
- Category
- Storage duration
- Whether the technology is first-party or third-party
- Whether consent is required
The technologies listed below reflect the currently identified website implementations. The precise cookies and browser-storage mechanisms used by third-party services may vary according to the service, browser and interaction.
Where technologies requiring consent are used, the relevant website will obtain the necessary consent before activating them.
The current technology inventory includes the following known implementations:
| Technology | Provider | Storage or processing | Purpose | Activation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Cloudflare | Browser security verification | Protect public forms against automated submissions | When a protected form is loaded or used |
cf.turnstile.u | Cloudflare | Third-party Local Storage | Turnstile security-related storage; precise purpose and lifetime subject to provider verification | When Turnstile is loaded |
| Server-side rate limiting | Upstash | Server-side Redis processing; no browser storage observed | Prevent excessive requests and protect website availability | When a protected endpoint receives a request |
| Embedded video player | Vimeo | Potential third-party cookies and technical processing | Deliver externally hosted videos | Only after a visitor activates playback |
| Website hosting and delivery | Vercel | Server-side processing and website delivery | Operate the public websites | During website access |
Browser verification: Fresh Incognito testing of HMHV.com, HMHVision.com, ProcServ.com and SYNAV360.com found no cookies or first-party Local Storage or Session Storage entries. The Cloudflare Turnstile cf.turnstile.u entry was observed in third-party Local Storage.
These observations describe the tested website configurations and do not guarantee that third-party technologies will never introduce additional cookies or storage.
Vimeo playback has not yet been tested because no HMHV In Practice videos are currently published.
This inventory describes the known technologies rather than an exhaustive list of individual cookies or storage identifiers.
Specific cookie names, storage durations and consent requirements will be confirmed through website-specific technical verification.
9. Managing Cookies
Most browsers allow users to inspect, block or delete cookies through their settings.
Disabling strictly necessary technologies may prevent certain website features, including security-protected contact forms, from functioning correctly.
Where optional technologies requiring consent are used, the relevant website will provide an appropriate method for managing consent.
10. Personal Data and Your Rights
Where cookies or similar technologies involve personal-data processing, the relevant provisions of our Privacy Policy apply.
For information about your rights under the GDPR, please consult the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our technology, website functionality or legal obligations.
The current version and effective date will be published on the relevant website.
